Physical Therapy and Pilates Wellness Services
Physical Therapy
At Collective Motion, we offer physical therapy services both during an active injury AND continued services that would be considered “Wellness”.
What that means is that, unlike when you seek out a PT in a hospital, corporate or physician-owned practice, you don’t have to be suffering from an active injury to come in. Wellness can mean a Yearly Preventative “Movement Physical”, a check-in for an old or chronic condition, ongoing care for those who have maxed out their insurance benefits in a traditional PT practice or soft tissue work to help you maintain your progress over the long haul.

All our clinicians are currently in-network with both Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and Medicare (excluding HMO). If you have another plan that includes out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide you with documentation that will help you submit for potential reimbursement.

Our cash pay rates vary by the clinician. Reach out to your clinician to have all your questions answered.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a skilled physical therapy technique that uses an acupuncture needle to target tight muscles and trigger points. It is commonly used to help reduce pain, improve mobility and support recovery as part of a personalized treatment plan. Many patients benefit from dry needling as a wellness service after being discharged from a formal bout of physical therapy in order to maintain their soft tissue quality and stay pain-free.
Pilates
We offer both private, semi-private and small group (3-person) classes that are tailored to your body and your abilities. Depending on the client, sessions can be equipment, mat-based or a combination of the two.
If you just wrapped up a bout of physical therapy, Pilates may be a wonderful addition to your maintenance program. And if you’ve never done it before, don’t worry! we’ll take you through the equipment step-by-step. For new Pilates clients, we’ll spend about 20 minutes of the first session talking to you about your injuries, needs and goals and briefly assessing your alignment, posture, gait, flexibility and strength. That allows us to tailor our future sessions to YOU.
Pilates Pricing
Group Class policy:Group classes are now being offered in 8-week sessions. Session booking reserves your recurring slot, and this investment supports the continued viability of providing exceptionally small group classes that are highly customized to the participants and taught by either a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy or highly experienced Pilates instructor.
The cost for each 8-week session will be $360 ($45 per class).
If you need to miss a class, you can schedule a makeup class within that same 8-week session as space allows. To support safety, the makeup class must be in a class that is appropriate for your level. The current class schedule is as follows:

$125 a la carte
5-pack $625 ($120/session)
10-pack $1150 ($115/session)
